Update - 7/2/2024: I've created a couple of other accounts that I plan to use for new stories after I finish up MAD. I'm also thinking about going back and editing some of my work from here and posting updated versions, but that's still kind of up in the air. My handle on WattPad is Katie_the_Zim and I'm still woodstock1969 on Literotica, so if you see anything familiar in those places, I promise it's me and not someone plagiarizing me. I tried to post links here, but apparently FictionPress doesn't like links (who knew).

Update - 4/15/2024: Well, it's certainly been a hot minute. Almost eleven years, specifically. A couple of months ago, a new idea for a story started bouncing around in my brain and I turned back to creative writing for the first time in a decade. Before I can let that new story fly, though, I'm finishing MAD. I'm feeling super inspired and already have the next five chapters written. I have no idea if anyone who used to follow the story is still around, but I knew I had to finally give Riley and Asher their happy ending. Stay tuned!

Note on Plagiarism: I'm hoping plagiarism isn't as much of a problem as it was ten years ago when I was last active on this site, but I say this with emphasis: plagiarism is NOT okay. If you're doing it, you will get caught - it's a very obvious crime, especially when the story in question is widely read. That being said, if anyone ever sees a plagiarized version of one of my stories, please let me know immediately. Mutually Assured Destruction: COMPLETE! I wanted my sophomore year of college to go as smoothly as possible. Too bad Asher Ives showed up and ruined it. Maybe it's my fault for drinking with the marching band, but blaming Asher is much easier. The stubborn Texan drummer is the bane of my existence. My reason for hating him is simple: I made the mistake of hooking up with him.

Confessions of a Former Chew Toy: COMPLETE! When I found out that Tully, my estranged childhood best friend, was rooming with my ex, the overly opinionated, rich tool, I knew that things were bound to get awkward. It doesn’t help matters that the frat boy won’t stop hitting on me, the French girl down the hall is driving me nuts, and all the guys I know have apparently been struck by an epidemic of male PMS. I really didn't want my freshman year of college to be this complicated.

On top of this, they hate each other because of a prank that he pulled in sophomore year. What happens when their meddling friends trick them into loving each other?

Guarding Her Broken Heart: INDEFINITE HIATUS. Lieve's had her heart broken so many times that she swears off guys indefinitely. Can Wade, the charming, sensitive, gorgeous, new boy in town, penetrate her defenses and prove to her that not all men are pigs?

I've also got a lot of poetry and a few essays, though those are all more than a decade old and (to my now adult self) super cringey.
