Author has written 10 stories for Horror, and Fantasy.

Yo. My name is Kyle, and I'm a writer with 22 years of experience (and, for the record, I am a bit older than that :P). I prefer to write shorter stories, novella length at most, but do have a couple of novel ideas in the very early stages of development (two of them being posted here in very early incarnations). If I come across your story and read it, I guarantee a detailed and thought out review/critique on some aspect of the work. I hope though I do not expect, you to come and do the same to one of my works. All critique, negative (yet respectful) or positive is welcome. Same thing vice versa. If you read one of mine and leave a review, I will seek out one of yours and do the same.

My influences include but are not limited to Stephen King (and Joe Hill, who would have guessed), H.P. Lovecraft, Robert Silverberg, Clive Barker, Brian Keene, Peter Straub, Ramsey Campbell, Phillip K. Dick, Robert E. Howard, Clark Ashton Smith, Ray Bradbury, Neil Gaiman, China Mieville, and John Saul. There are a lot more, but I don't want to go on forever. I also read a lot of comics and graphic novels, and have been told a few of my things might be good in those forms--it's a real shame that I have absolutely no talent when it comes to drawing.

Recent Note: I made this account a very, very long time ago when I was in college, and have since deleted all of my old stories that were on here, save the very first. I'd like to think I've vastly improved in the 10-plus years since then, and hopefully it will show. Thanks for reading.
