Author has written 60 stories for General, Romance, Love, Life, General, Nature, Supernatural, Haiku, Thriller, Fantasy, and Friendship. Personals: Born into a world of sin on June 6th 1984 and my name is Mike. Hello! Likes: I enjoy writing, hence why I've registered with this site. I mostly write poetry but am currently working on a novel called Comatose, so check it out. I love music and can play the drums. I have also been helped a lot in my writing as well as in work and life in general by a charity called Fairbridge, helping me through many difficult times in my life. I have, through them, acquired a love for rock-climbing and caving. Dislikes: Many things really, but I’m sure some of you out there like some of them so I won’t mention it. Music: My favorite bands are The Cure, Nick Cave, Placebo and 60s folk troubadour Donovan, having been the inspiration for most of my work. I also love rock music, into My Ruin, Kittie, Smashing Pumpkins, A Perfect Circle, Tool, Coal Chamber, and I'm also mates with a band called InMe. As mentioned before I can play the drums and I'm also learning piano and guitar too. I'm not in a band at the moment but have been before and would love to be in another one soon! My Work: I have been writing since January 25th 1998 and have been published in many local magazines and have won various local competitions. Recently though I have been published by United Press in a book called Body And Soul which is to be released next year. The poem chosen was Upon The Sands so please read that if you wish. My favorite poems listed below will have to be Perranporth Romance, Fatal Kiss, O Troubled Girl and Eternally Scarred. I am also working on a novel at the moment called Comatose which is currently in its semi-final draft. I will be adding more to it later so if you find the time please read and let me know what you think, any constructive criticism will be much appreciated! Bottom Line: Well I really thought I'd have more to say. I may update this at a later time, but I'll definitely be posting some of my work here!
