Fav movie: Mirrormask- the freakiest darn thing I have ever seen.

Fav manga series: Mars, probably. Except for the ninth and tenth books, it's the cutest romance I've ever seen. It's my biggest influence on Stupid Lips, in case you didn't guess.

Fav website: , the work of published artist Jessica Peffer. I hope it's legal for me to put that.

Fav book: Stargirl, by some dude whose name I can't remember. I think he's Italian.Better than Shakespeare. Profound, yet modern and easy to follow. Tops my previous favorite book, Growing Wings, by a mile.

6. Read 'On the Bright Side, I'm Now the Girlfriend Of a Sex God' on a bus just to see how people look at you. (Don't worry, except for mad makeouts and a neutered cat it's actually very clean, in a teen-ish way.)

7. And put a cattail behind your ear whenever you walk to the library.

Lastly, if anyone ever threatens you- be it bully, annoyed boyfriend, or rapist- take the opportunity to really enjoy kicking their ass.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming, "Wow, what a ride!!!"
