![]() Author has written 19 stories for Fantasy, Nature, General, Love, War, and Haiku. Well..."The lunatic, the lover, and the poet are of imagination all compact --" (A Midsummer Night's Dream, Shakespeare) Some of my favorite books of all time could be classified as "children's literature"--The Island of the Skogg (Steven Kellog), Where the Sidewalk Ends (Shel Silverstein), Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats (T.S. Elliot), The Chronicles of Narnia (C.S. Lewis), Ride a Purple Pelican (Jack Prelutsky)... The theory in place here is that if you retain the best qualities of childhood (wonder and imagination), you're far less likely to go crazy in adolencence, where I currently reside. As for what I've written, what's most recent is probably the best. I would personally recommend: "Mermaid Thoughts", "Her Captain", "Excuse", and "My Girl", although please read everything if you feel thusly inclined. Any feedback at all is gloriously appreciated; If you have any thoughts on how something could be improved, please, review! I'm happy to return the favor. |
