![]() Author has written 10 stories for Fantasy, School, Humor, Historical, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Horror. Hello there! I'm one who left ages ago and came back (I also changed my screen-name because let's face it, 'Bio-Mechanic' is so much better than 'TheFreya'). The poems on here are pretty old, and I'll probably end up getting rid of them, apart from War and the Mary Sue one (Personal favourites). I like Sci-Fi and Fantasy stories, but I also try to write some that are a tad more realistic (Often doesn't go as well). I'll put up longer story summaries and such later. Anyway, please read my stuff and comment/crit! About me: Name: Freya/Bio/Bio-Mechanic Age: 15 Gender: Female Likes: Writing, reading, history, RPing, fantasy, sci-fi, politics, drawing, music, singing, dancing badly on purpose, acting, debate, ranting, animals, learning foreign languages, badminton, WH40K (the books and stuff, mainly), various video games. Dislikes: This double-spacing thing, maths, being patronised, ignorant people, too-much-sun, gossip, bad grammar, netball, gits, people who spazz over nothing, overprotective people, people-in-general, Mary Sues (Hahah, I have a poem about them). If you want to email me, please do so on [email protected] NOT the linked on on my profile! I can't change my email, because I made another profile using the new one, forgetting I had this profile. My LJ account (more active than my dA, really due to reasons which I shan't divulge here): STORY SUMMARIES AND SUCH: For Calliope: Character Development. Red Hermanns, a young Calliopean soldier lives to fight. She wishes to defend the Goddess Calliope, and her disciples the Tenth personally, like the guards she has seen and idolised so much. Impressed by her eagerness, a Captain offers Hermanns training as a personal guard if she passes a few simple tests. ((NOTE: Because I recently decided to move Red to the 2132 universe, this has nothing to do with anything, really)) On the Contrary...: Actually has chapters, wtf. Stefan Hekker lives alone in the wilderness of the Varistok Tundra. Since he can remember, the vicious and barbaric inhabitants of the Tundra, Varistoka, have been at war with the civilised Eostlorans. After seeing no-one but bandits, Varistoka and Eostloran for years, Stefan, desperate for any company at all, saves a boy named Vladimir Soth. Seeing a Varistoka soldier get accosted by bandits, he decides to save him as well, then sell him over to Eostlorans as a prisoner of war. As both Vlad and Stefan spend more time with the soldier, they discover more than they expect about each other. 2132: Chaptered story. Needs a better name! In the future, the lower-class are forced to work. However, they don't protest about these arrangements due to the drugs they are constantly fed that kill off any thoughts other than 'I must work'. The classes are split due to appearance, with 'ugly' people being lower class, and better-looking people being middle and upper classes. The drugs which the lower-class workers are fed lose their grip if the worker is exposed to something new which can stimulate the brain, such as non-propaganda music, art, stories e.t.c. Cornerstone Hunters (Known mostly as Hunters) are employed to track down these 'Wakers' before they can do damage on their society. I'm currently re-writing chapters one and two, but school is making me have little time for this. A-Hunting We Will Go: Chaptered. Little attachment to the 2132 thing (Which still needs a better name, damnit!). Cpt. Sergei Kalle and Lt. Red Hermanns have business in London. Told in 1st person PoV and alternated between Red and Sergei. |
