The Traveler

"to unpathed waters and undreamed shores."

In the fullness of time, there have been many great discoveries. Advancements in technology, founded from the basements of houses to the modern laboratory. Advancements in all fields of medical research, architecture, literature, art. The making of the wheel, the finding of fire, the convenience of the written word and indoor plumping. The pyramids and sphinx; The mapping of the constellations for use of navigation and going to the moon.

Man has searched, found and delivered.

I love the feel of sleeping on a bed and just waking up. I love the moments when I am alone, and hear the songs of my birds as they settle down for the night. I love the innocense of baby parrot's and the smell of a cockatiel that just finished preening. I love how soft they are to the touch. I love the smell of freshly cut grass and freshly laundered sheets. I love silky hair that is enhanced with Chi Oil.:) I adore stories that leaves the reader thinking about some deeper meaning that they have not known about themselves or merely forgotton. I love it when it rains in the summer and the sun is shining, and running down the road in the rain barefoot as the water comes to meet and rush past the toes. I love to run in the middle of the night in the parking lot to the car in freezing weather, newly falling snow, or merely warm weather. I love curling up in a quiet house to the sound of birds outside and inside and reading a good book.
