Wow, that poem still scares me. One of my friends wrote it a while back when she was in a depressive state, and the other day we were looking through a book and we found it. It moved me so much that I put it up on my profile.

This person I once knew had many friends who cut themselves, and she tried it once and said that it did not help at all.
