Author has written 9 stories for Life, Friendship, Love, General, and Fantasy.

I am a student of English literature in India and am currently pursuing my masters from the University of Calcutta.I love writing travelogues & funny(my friends use the term 'insulting' though)rhymes about my friends & someday I would like to write a good fairy tale! You can read my fanfictions at http://www.fanfiction.net/~mirandatook . I can also sing a bit. I don't know how much of my original work I will be able to put here, because I prefer putting them up in my blog here, but I may put up more here if I get the reviews. My real name is incidentally Ruchira Mandal, the old username Miranda Took was chosen at a period when I was rather hobbit-obsessed - I still love him, of course, Pippin Took, always cute and funny, but I prefer to be known by my own name nowadays and you can find out all about me by taking a peek at my website.
