Let's see- what is there to say about me?

I'm an 18 year old girl from Germany (before you ask: I spent the first eleven years of my life abroad and started learning English at the age of three- that's why my English isn't that bad- at least I hope so). Currently, I should be preparing for my "Abitur" (final exams) which starts on the 24th of April but I just noticed that I never wrote anything as my profile.

I enjoy reading and writing (both English and German), especially slash and femslash. I haven't actually posted anything on fictionpress yet, I always think my poems are too trivial (and short) and I wasn't sure which stories I should post.

Just in case you are interested in reading them, I have posted a couple of fanfiction stories on fanfiction.net under the pen name dancing in daydreams. Yes, in a certain way I am slightly obsessed with dancing (though I can't dance myself but that's a different story and it isn't important right now); the part of my pen name concerning dreams refers to the fact that I sometimes forget reality over all the little (day)dreams I have. In case you hadn't guessed, I also love dragons (the idea of using it as a pen name developed because of something a friend said about a t-shirt of mine- though I'm pretty sure she can't remember it).

Some of my favorite books are LotR, Harry Potter, E.M.Forster's "Maurice", and Patricia Highsmith's "The Price of Salt" (although the happy ending made me slightly depressed- I'm just don't have a very optismistic view on love right now).

There isn't that much more to say about my life right now so I guess I should end my profile page here before I start rambling.
