![]() Author has written 61 stories for Action, General, Fantasy, School, Life, Love, and Politics. Currently undergoing construction. Like many things in my life. So you want to know the man behind the machine huh? Well I'm 17 years old right now (had my birthday a couple weeks ago) and I created this account when I was 13. So yeah, it's one of the longer running accounts on here I think. Originally I was just using this site to post my friend's stories, well known (or maybe not) as War. However I started to use this account a bit more once I discovered my love of poetry. From Futile all the way up to my newest poem Soothsayer (Almost finished, Part 7 just needs to be typed up) I have written a lot of poems, but only the ones I somewhat like end up on here. Naturally I'm an excellent student of the Maths and math related subjects in school, and terrible in language Arts. As some of you are aware I do have a few stories of my own on here, but most of them are discontinued because I lost the motivation, or just decided I had no idea what I was doing when I wrote it. (Looking at you Welcome Mister Santiago) Stories Protector: The story I'm currently working on. Due to some incidents out of my control I am way behind my rough schedule on this story. This story acts as more of a reflection of ideals and people I once was, thought I was, and wanted to be. Update schedule is really sporadic, but I'm trying to get to at least one chapter a month. I do have some scheduling issues which slows down the time I have to work on this. (That's a long story not worth hearing). There are some artist renditions of my characters, but I'll wait a while before posting them up either here, or on an Author's Note. War (1 through Endgame): This is a long running story written by Master Moltar. I'm just doing my part to spread his story to the people who want to read it. There is a lot of material to go through so if you find yourself with a lot of time you can breeze through the chapters pretty quickly. There is a lot to the world Moltar has created and it is very deep and immersive. It also takes seniority to a lot of stories here (for what its worth). Zanthalus: Hope for the World: Maybe one day I'll continue this, but the chances for that seem to be less than 1 percent. Welcome Mister Santiago: I have no idea what I was thinking... unless you want to be confused go ahead and read it, but I'm not really a strong advocate for it. Poems Before I talk about all of these poems, I suggest you just go browse through them and see if any of them pique your interest. All I can give is my interpretation of them, and what they were meant to be. However, I've learned that something is gonna be what it always wanted to be. I'll be brief then. Going from most recent to oldest. Soothsayer: What is God? Maybe he was just a little better than us once upon a time and had to deal with all the guilt a heroic person must suffer. Enough pressure and you'll make diamonds... or just smash the coal. Read it Backwards: Exactly what the title says. It's two poems in one, an attempt at making something eloquent from both sides. Sense: Was about a migraine, and what I think about during that time. Different: A rant about airports and red tape that kinda shifted off balance into something different. But it really isn't. Ideals: About my struggle with idealism and cynicism, and the world it'll make. Or the world it'd break. Shell Game: About my apathy and disinterest in life, and my struggles with wanting to be more than that. Sleep: My attempt at something a little more high scale. Scheme and form were incredibly important here, as I wanted to hit on every character's piece. Affair: I love hypothetical situations, and I think this was originally about something I read in the news. I don't remember what it was, the news is too depressing. Corrupt: I like doing the character development thing in my poems, the shift between naivete and realization is always a hard step to take. Lost: On the topic of loss of control, whether you step up and take charge of your life, or let your desires rule you. Rap: A short one viewing my difficulty with rap battles. The whole drop a diss every line kinda thing doesn't work for me. Chiseled: About how resolve will eventually wear you down. Aging: I guess it's a "What happens when you die" scenario. Afraid: A struggle with being a fearful person, but fear keeps us alive. Walking: Angry poem about turning back on a majority. Actual rhyme scheme in this one, I'm impressed. Headstand/ Patience/ Soccer/ Squirrel/ Volcano (grumbles): They actually work in concert, but I forget what my connections to each one was. That is the order though. To be Continued |
