Oh, sup. My name's Nathan, as so obviously displayed a few text lines above, and just as obviously, I'm 19. I write some stuff occasionally, play video games and drums. Fumble around with routers and switches.

Anyways, aside from personal stuff, I decided to start writing only a good few years ago, maybe at 13 at the latest. I had always been one for writing very long, drawn out essays in classes, or making writing assignments longer than I was supposed to. Some time during 7th or 8th grade, my friend Jeff and I were concocting a story idea based on a little comic I used to draw in my free time. The comic was based around a character named Mike, who had a very hard time controlling his temper. Mind you, I'm not the greatest artist in the world. That, with the help of Jeff(who is exponentially a better artist), somehow evolved into a more serious type of character. I remade Mike and added more characters in, and realized that I could really do something with the idea. I named the story Rage, and to tell the truth it was originally planned to be a comic. But about 3 or 4 years of waiting and I got no product from Jeff(the artist of the comic), so I decided to turn it into a piece of literature.

For years I have been working on this piece, writing it and rewriting it, working things around and changing things to try to make this story exactly what I want it to be. I've changed a lot since the idea's original conception back in 2003, so the story has gone through a lot of revamps. I'm currently in the midst of my third official re-writing of it. Maybe some day I'll have this crap figured out.

I must admit, though, the most fun I've ever had writing was for my comedy, "The Online Chronicles." A few years ago, this story began as a simple rant on my Gaia Journal, and dozens of people thought that the idea was hilarious. It involves the character Nathanman as he adventures through the internet with his team of warriors. The premise is, I basically find a bunch of things about the internet that I either find funny, annoying, or vomit-inducing and I wrap a bit of plot around it using models of real life people made into some type of MMORPG form. If you ask, I'll give you connections of the characters to real life friends of mine.

I am, admittedly, a very inactive writer. Lately my writing agenda has consisted of attempted revamps of old and unfinished stories, rethinking ideas, and one new project that has been created in collaboration with the same mind that collaborated with me on Rage.
