"Being an author is 5 percent skill and 95 percent not being distracted by the internet."

Hello. I'm glad you decided to look at this page, but I'm sorry to say that it's not that interesting altogether. If you're looking for an extremely exciting profile, I'm sorry to say that I've spent all of my juices on my stories and left none here.

About me?

I picked up writing in Fifth Grade with a teacher called/named Mr. Snider. He really intrigued me because none of my friends could figure out his race, and, for that matter, species. He was completely otherworldly and eventually he assigned something that I had never really liked. A creative writing assignment.

And that's how it all started, isn't it? I can still look over a little book that I wrote the following year. It was thirty whole pages, which to me back then was like three thousand. And it was the joy of writing, you know?

Now as a sophomore in High School everyone always asks me why I write. Why do I waste my time on arranging letters into words, sentences, scenes, chapters, and books?

Because I have to. There's something deep inside me that compells me to write. There's something that just takes hold of me and won't let me sleep or eat until I put those ideas onto paper. Or in today's world, computer.

Yeah. Idealistic thinking, eh? You couldn't believe how happy I was to discover FictionPress. I instantly posted my current story (The Playground Campaign), which I've been working on for quite a while. I had been mired in pre-writing and composting, and I had finally started writing it for a week when I found this site. So please, R&R "The Playground Campaign", eh? If it's decent I'd be glad to return the favor.

Aside from writing stories I also write music.

The Playground Campaign: 1: Experi reviews
Elementary School friends become enemies as an epic war engulfs the playground in flames. Even though the story is based on children, don't expect it to be childish. Reviews and criticism are appreciated, and I'd be happy to return the favor.
