Favourite Books/Authors: How to Make a Bird and The Slightly True Story of Cedar B. Hartley Who Planned to Live an Unusual Life by Martine Murray, Extrememly Loud and Incredibly Close and Everything is Illuminated by Jonathan Safran Foer (my favourite books of all time), William Nicholson (The Noble Warriors series as well as the Wind on Fire series), Orhan Pamuk (My Name is Red), Meg Cabot (anything by her really), Raymond E. Feist (anything by him), anything by Tracy Chevalier, Sheryl Jordan (the only NZ author I like), Garth Nix (anything by him but the Old Kingdom Trilogy is simply amazing), Fiona McIntosh (amazing fantasy writer), A Thousand Spendid Suns and Kiterunner by Khaled Hosseini, Gabriel Garcia Marquez (Love in the Time of Cholera), David Almond (anything by him), Robert Jordan (wrote the epic Wheel of Time series)

Favourite Music: The Killers, Steriogram, Evermore, Blindspott, Bonobo, Silverchair, Muse, Snowpatrol, Putumayo compilations, Florence + the Machine

Favourite TV Shows: Family Guy, Dexter, Gilmore Girls, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Arrested Development, Bewitched, Get Smart, The Nanny, Ellen, Friends, Thank God You're Here, Whose Line is it Anyway, So You Think You Can Dance (probably the only reality show I like), Ugly Betty, Sinchronicity, Flight of the Conchords, The Big Bang Theory, Extras, The Office (the British version of course), The Middle, Spongebob Squarepants

Favourite Anime: Fruits Basket, Cowboy Beebop (probably the best anime ever made), Skip Beat, Ouran High School Host Club, La Cordo Doro, Samurai Champloo, Darker Than Black

Favourite Movies: The Bourne trilogy, The Lives of Others, In the Loop, The Triplets of Belleville, The Last King of Scotland, Billy Elliot, The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Chocolat (probably the only case where the movie was better than the book), Amelie, anything by Hiyao Miyazaki

And that's pretty much me in a nutshell.

I pretty much write for the fun of it and just to have a creative outlet, nothing else. I don't have any ambitions of ever getting published but it would be great if you had any constructive criticism for my stories so that if and when I write more I can get better.
