Hey there, I'm jschong93 (formerly Jenc11). I will soon be in my second year of university. It's been a really long time since I wrote anything, but I'm actually working on a story right now that I won't post up until I have a few chapters going so that I know I have some motivation to write it fully.

I noticed that for almost all the stories I have written, I keep saying things that put myself down as a writer in the author's note. I still feel that way now (I'm said to have low self esteem), but I understand now that I'm not a terrible writer, though I do have a lot of things that I can improve on. For others out there who feel they are bad writers, just remember that everybody has something about their writing that can be improved on, and through practice these things can be worked on! Often an author is the toughest critic of its own work.

In any case... here is a list of stories I've written, as well as stories written by other users out there that I would strongly recommend. Enjoy yourself!

Stories in progress:

(Untitled) - I have yet to post this story up but I am slowly working on it. Just a hint: it involves a robot. =)

Stories completed:

An Hourglass of Sorrow - The only story I have up so far that isn't a one-shot. It starts off really slow in the first chapter but picks up afterwards. If you don't mind reading a cheesy story, go ahead and try it out. If you don't like it, at least it is only 10 short chapters long! I'll cross my fingers for you.

A True Friend (one-shot) - Very short and non-humorous. This one is very odd.

Bleeding Hearts (one-shot) - Very short. Something to read if you want to have a little taste of my non-humorous side.

Let Go (one-shot) - I really don't like this one, but I put it up anyways.

Pleasant Distractions (one-shot) - A short little story between a boy and a girl. A tad bit less innocent than the rest of my stories. However, compared to a lot of other fiction out there, this is child play.

Taxi Romance (one-shot) - A sweet, naive and childish kind of story. Reminds me of a fairytale I think. This is probably the best one-shot I have written so far, so if you want to read just one of my work, read this one. It's a lot different from my other ones in terms of tone and mood.

Tragic Encounter (one-shot) - A weird story about a girl's flashbacks as she is about to die. Personally, I think I could have written this better. I'm always too lazy to rewrite though.

When She Opened Pandora's Box (one-shot) - A bit of a sin going through this one.
