Author has written 2 stories for Fantasy, and Haiku.

I've been writing for a few years now but I've never really let anyone read my work except for a friend of mine who also happens to be a writer. I have an annoying habit of never finishing stories I've started. I always figure if I'm the only one who will ever read them, then I might as well start posting them on sites like

Hopefully, if enough people review, I'll have the inspiration to finish the ones I've started on.

Current Projects:

The Other World (archived)
The Adventures of Claire and Grave
Mourning Angels (in pre-stages of writing)

I'm currently writing chapters for Mourning Angels but its a slow process. When I'm done writing a few chapters, I'll start posting them up for people to read. Currently, I'm working on chapter three and plannign to post themwhen I reach chapter five.
In the times that I feel like writing but don't want to focus on Mourning Angels, I write stories for Claire and Grave, which is nothing but a collection of one shot stories based on the title characters. Hopefully, both of them will gain a lot of chapters.
As for The Other World, it's hard to write because of the descriptives I use. I came up with the idea when I first started writing and it became my first story. But it was badly written and had a lot of plot holes, so I've started rewriting it the best I could, which happens to make it hard for me.

As for the writing process. I'm told that a lot of my writing is very descriptive of the environment. I don't know whether to take that as good or bad, but I do like being descriptive with what I write. I went a little over board with that when I started rewriting The Other World and I couldn't keep all my attention on it. So, I'm trying to pace myself a little more, which is why I started the Adventures of Claire and Grave. I'm hoping that by focusing my creative energies on two different stories, I won't get bored with the stories I'm writing. I'm not sure if that makes sense but its the best I can describe it.
All of the stories I write are pretty much in the third person based on one character's point of view. Think Harry Potter or The Dark Tower series. You only ever read by one person's perspective without being in the first person. By the way, I can't write in the first person format. I'll start writing like "I, me, us" and I'll trail away to "him, them". I just can't do it.
Sometimes, I'll have a hard time writing and I'll do something stupid like write only the things I want to write and leave the rest of the story out. When I do that, the rest of the story tends to go unwritten. So I've taken to thinking things through and how I want to write up to that point so a story I'm writing doesn't get lost to the archives which, by the way, is getting fairly large. I go abck and read through what I've written and think to myself "What the hell was I thinking?" which is the case for a lot of my stories. But I read through The Other World today and I think I was getting somewhere with it. Hopefully, I'll be able to start that one up again sometime soon.

I hope to become like a lot of the authors on fictionpress. A lot of you have made whole novels and that's what I want to do here.

I don't mind saying that I get a lot of my inspiration for writing from two things. Anime and video games. In fact, The Other World was written by inspiration I had from playing Final Fantasy. If you've read The Other World and played Final Fantasy X, you'll know what I mean. But as I've said, a lot of my writing is inspired by those two mediums. When I write I tend to percieve in my mind as either an anime or a CGI cutscene. There are so many things that happen in anime and games that aren't physically possible in the real world and that's what I like about them.
A lot of the stories I write are based on fantasy. Actually, all of the stories I write are fantasy. But anyways, here's a list of some of my favorite anime/video games:

Fullmetal Alchemist
Samurai 7
Cowboy Bebop (the movie and the series)
Vampire Hunter D
Samurai Champloo
Neon Genesis Evangelion
Armitage III
The Origin of O-Ren (from Kill Bill)

Does Final Fantasy: Advent Children count?

Final Fantasy IV - VII - VIII - X
Chrono Trigger
God of War
Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past - Ocarina of Time - Majora's Mask
Super Mario RPG
Dynasty Warriors

And now I leave you with one of my favorite quotes:
"A samurai, even when he has not eaten, uses his toothpick"
