"DON'T PANIC"

-Adams, 4:2

My influences hop and skip all over the place, from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy to Tim Burton, Fruits Basket to Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, and Yellow Submarine to Terry Pratchett. Thanks to Ecwix, I've come to the realization that I am a comma addict. I will try to cut back on these in the future and remain on track with the Twelve-Step Program for Annoying Writing Habits. 'Til then, please enjoy my comma-infested works as is.

Corporate Apocalypse-

I've worked on this story for far longer than Hard Death's Life, and the two are almost completely different. Corporate Apocalypse takes place in a not-so-distant future, where the local cults duke it out in a massive underground Coliseum to determine their Chosen One. I guess you could liken it to a religious version of Thunderdome- or something slightly less insane than the Superbowl. The story follows the exploits of Neon, he of the stylish black trenchcoat and of the glowing white hair, as he tries to become the top Chosen One. Of course, there's far more to it, but that'll come later...

Hard Death's Life-

Now if you thought that Corporate Apocalypse was strange, this is the story I call 'Yellow Submarine in the Land of the Dead'. Matthew Blake is living the life. He's in the biggest band in the world, Wossname, he's got a beautiful girlfriend named Tanis, and everything' just swell. Except for the fact that the band broke up three years ago, his girlfriend left two weeks ago, and some brute had to go and stick a bullet in his chest. Now he's got plenty of time to kill in the Land of the Dead, where nothing is quite what it seems, and he's determined to set everything right- somehow. Big Beatles influence, which will become more obvious later on.

I also recommend checking my FanFiction.net account. I only have one story up right now, a Chrono Crusade pseudo-fic called Chronicles of Mort. I say pseudo-fic because even though it takes place in the same universe as Chrono Crusade, the main character is my own character, a rabbi exorcist-for-hire named Elijah Mort. Also recommended is my Tokyopop account (Again, under Otaku42), where I post all of my artwork and where the first drafts of all of the stories originate.
