Hey! I'm TRW.

I just moved here from fan fiction, which I have never been all that successful at. I kept writing too many of my own characters... So, here I am. I have written plenty of original fiction before, just never posted. I hope to add more stories when DtD is firmly established.

I write character based twisty plotline weirdo romance, mainly. I love quirky characters, but not when they have only quirks and nothing else, since that makes them one-dimensional.

Current Stories:

Title: Strawdale

Expanded Summary: Vampire hunters hunt ruthlessly. From birth, they learn to despise their prey, and destroy them on sight. But the vampires are not animals. They are not monsters. And they, as a species, are being murdered. Something has to change. On the day that the vampire Marienne Empress's sire was killed by the famous Hunter Aspen Strawdale, she meets a ghost named Evan Gwenned, and her life is taken over by the hand of fate. She and Evan, who she has nicknamed Gwen, are whisked off to the Spirit Guides Academy, where they are trained to become spirit guides to an as of yet unborn girl named Sunfire. But Sunfire is born a hunter, and Mari's own miracle child must be sent away to shape her life. And the prophecies start to take on a life of their own as connections are revealed and Sunfire’s lineage becomes apparent... Someday, Sunfire will end the war between the undead and the Hunters. And it's up to Mari and Gwen to guide her.

Status: Chapter 4 is up! You'll have to wait for 5, though. June is Script Frenzy, so I'm writing my screenplay that month. Things start to get interesting in the next 2 chapters! I look forward to writing it!

Update Plans: I plan to update once a week. Or at least, I'll try.

Title: The 5 rules of Hopeless Romanticism

Expanded Summary: This is the story of my life, with all the names changed. I just realized that I have a pretty interesting story, as 16 year olds go. I mean, fun characters, dreams, romance, obsession, and ocassional chance meetings with rock stars. What more can you want? The basic plotline is: A rather boring teenage girl with no real dreams and no taste in music begins to take form as a person, meanwhile struggling to realize her dream of being in a band in all the spare time she has, and as the enchanting call of music begins to drown out all else, what will happen? If you want to read Ian's story, then read The Green One's story Real Life. I'm Maygen in that, and it's fun to see the same events from a different perspective.

Status: Chapter 1 is up!

Update Plans: I'm hoping to update again, someday. I'm not putting myself on any kind of schedule here, so I can focus on Strawdale.

Title: Frenzy

Expanded Summary: Rachel Martin is obsessed with music. She's a wannabe rockstar. She's dreaming of music, and her very favorite band are the rising stars of indie, Tachycardia. But when she shows up 3 hours early for a concert and meets the lead singer of Tachycardia, Devyn Kelly, her life makes more sense. Suddenly she understands why she never liked boys. Suddenly her life is filled with color and light. All of a sudden, she's in love, and life is good. But when she sees her older sister being sexually abused by their father, she runs away from home, and straight into Tachycardia's tour bus. Now she's free, she's safe, and she's on tour with her idols. But she's left her sister, Denise, behind.

Status: chapter 1 up!

Update Plans: Pretty much, when inspiration strikes. I don't mean to slow down with Strawdale, if I can avoid it.

Future Stories:

Title: 21 Lives

Summary: Nikuleciel, or Golden Nick, is a pirate. He sails the seven seas hunting for treasure, and he has been remarkably successful at it. But he is cursed: 21 of his friends and loved ones will die. He keeps himself distanced from his crew and his family, but when the water spirit Kerressyie rescues him from a storm, he can't help falling in love. To protect her own life and her love's sanity, Kerressyie vows to do the impossible: Find the witch of the Southern Waters and get her to remove the curse her long dead twin sister cast. But nothing is that easy, not when you're onboard a pirate ship...

Intended Release Date: As soon as I have chapter three of Strawdale done, I'll get to work on the plotline. Give it a month or so, I say.

Update Plans: Weekly, as long as I am 2 chapters ahead with Strawdale.
