I love to dance. Mainly Latin, ballet and modern but I plan to learn ballroom someday. I also love acting. Hmm...I like to sing a little too just not in front of anyone. (I'm SO shy...yeah right) Another of my hobbies is reading. Most types of stories interest me, mystery, suspense, comedy, drama but mostly I'm a romance fanatic. I love writing stories of course. I'd love to do it professionally someday but I'm leaning more to a doctor of some sort. Maybe I'll write a book on the side? Swimming is fun, yoga's fun, watching TV...now that's always good and going to the movies. Facebooking passes time when I'm bored and hanging with my friends (being crazy of course). I love hanging out with my cousins, as well, playing video games. Oh and listening to music of course!
I warn you from now that I usually don't update that often (like every week). So don't be surprised if it takes a while for me to update a story. I'm a junior in university so if things aren't very hectic I'll be updating relatively regularly. But please bare with me and stick around!
First Impressions - T
Just a one-shot I wrote in response to a SKOW challenge
Meeting a stranger at a club seems harmless. Flirting with said stranger, also harmless. Pissing off said stranger? That's harmless too, right?
A Different Kind of Learning - T
So I'm pretty much hating on the title, but I can't think of anything better. Anyways, this was just an idea that had been floating around in my head for a while and it's probably gonna be a slow romance. Also, it probably won't be updated very quickly since I've decided to sort of post as I write it. I don't know if that's the smartest thing to do but I'm trying it. So far it's been working pretty well.
Raquel is a girl who's out to convince everyone, including herself, that, one, she's got no problem with her chunky body, and two, she's got what it takes to make it in the real world. But, as always, what her mother says, goes, and her mother is saying lose weight and hurry off to finishing school so that Raquel can become the perfect wife and begin the neverending cycle that is high society life. Raquel soon thinks of a way that might help her mother forget all about her weight and perhaps maybe convince her to allow her to study what she really wants. But, in order to do that, she needs to enlist the help of the contradiction that is Lukas Penderton, who not only is a good-looking billionaire heir, but who also seems to have his own agenda when it comes to Raquel and her plans.
On Hiatus. I'm sorry. My inspiration for this story came and left. I still adore the characters and wish I could finish writing their story, but for right now I can't. Maybe sometime in the future I'll return and finish what I had in mind.
