a very open person, and I love things that are weird, antique, and expressive.
I write mostly speculative fiction, mystery, horror/gore, and romance.
I originally post all my work at http:///; FictionPress is an archive of my fiction. Exclusives exist on my dreamwidth.

okay so I did a revamp.

deleted a whole bunch of old, super outdated incomplete stories that I won't work on for 23948573 years.
I've decided to take a much slower approach to storywriting.

a little more about me

I'm most interested in Japanese culture, but I'd really like to learn cultures from all around the world. I don't particularly enjoy cooking, but I love eating and feeding people.
I was born and raised in the bustling city of Vancouver, Canada, but moved in 2011 to Fort Saint John for ten months. During that time I had a lot of personal growth, as I was living with room mates, working, and still going to high school. I'm back home now, though.

I read what I write, but perhaps I'm a little more open and experimental with what I read. My favorite writers are Otsuichi and Murakami. I can't say I'm a big fan of contemporary English language literature, but I enjoy the classics. I took English Literature in 12th grade, but I can't say I thoroughly enjoyed it. I prefer to just read, not read and analyze with critical detail. I take my time with thinking about what I read, having to do all that jammed pack in a class (no matter how lax it was) was not my cup of tea. My favorite literary movements were the Romantic era, and Beat generation.

On the topic of teas, I drink black tea, my favorite being orange pekoe. Followed closely by matcha, and other green teas. I don't add sugar or creams to my tea, and I like my coffee Americano with maple syrup. Although, my current tin of vanilla coffee doesn't like to be Americano with maple syrup. Traditional sugar and cream, for me!
