Hey! I'm more of an avid reader than I am of a writer, but I'll start posting up some of my stuff eventually.

Anyway, here is some stuff about me so you can get some idea of why I read what I read.

Favorite Movies: Anything action really because the more "shoot 'em up, blow 'em up" there is, the happier I am. A few of my favorite movies are XXX, Bulletproof Monk, The Chronicles of Riddick (the whole trilogy really), The Matrix (again the entire trilogy), Serenity and The Secret Window. At least that is all I can name for right now.

Favorite Music: I like most music but I don't care for Classical or New Age that much. I prefer soundtracks of action movies to anything else though. My typical writing playlist contains Industrial Metal, Rock, Dubstep, Electronic and Trip-Hop.

Favorite Television Shows: My favorite show is Firefly, but then again I like Joss Whedon's work so I'm biased. I'm also fond of Bones, Elementary, Arrow, Criminal Minds, CSI (Vegas only), and Crossing Jordan.

Favorite Books/Authors: I like Agatha Christie, Elizabeth Moon, Vince Flynn, Mark Greaney, Tamora Pierce, Mercedes Lackey, Dan Brown, Laurence Yep, Christopher Paolini, and Eion Colfer. Books are harder for me to decide, but I like murder, sci-fi, historical fiction and an occasional romance.

Favorite Pleasure Time Activities: I enjoy reading (I'm a serious read-aholic), writing stories, gardening, cooking, and drawing.

About Me: I'm an Aquarius/Capricorn depending on the calendar you use. I live in China with my husband for the time being. I work for an American company as a Social Media coordinator, so all I need is a computer, internet access and a VPN for getting past the Great Firewall of China.
