My dear Isca,

I am updating this message again so you know I still think of you. I'm working up the courage to send you a little hello. But as I've said in the past - and as I remember you agreed in similar sentiment - my friendships don't dwindle with lack of communication. When we come into contact again, I know we'll jive just like we did before. And I can't wait for that day.

Hollie, my friend,

There is an update for you as well. It's been a long time, and I'm incredibly happy to hear from you again! Your choice to send me a message after so long makes me want to remind you again that you will always have a friend in me. I am, of course, happiest when you decide to seize the opportunity to keep in contact. I know I'm not always the most consistent person, but I care for you, and I am more than willing to put an effort into maintaining our friendship. You can count on that.

I am so very inconstant.
Best-case scenario: I start lurking and reviewing again soon, and my own writing will follow.
Worst-case scenario: I will continue to make excuses for myself, and my productivity levels will remain in the red.

Much love,
