random facts about me:

1. I'm a girl. (duh, like you can't tell from my penname)

2. I'm Indonesian born and raised, but currently studying biotechnology in New Zealand.

3. I like reading, writing, making a list ( I won't function properly without one), hugs, cheese, the smell of earth after rain, white roses, butter, Biology, my room, my laptop and iPod, salami, Nokia brand, necklace, Bones TV Series, my bags and shoes collection, book sale, coffee, sleeping in thunderstorm, curling underneath thick warm blanket, talking, learning something new, having intelectually stimulating conversation, pshycoanalyzing, colorful Post-Its, writing in pencil, taking a shower.

4. I don't like stupidity, being ignored, milk, yoghurt, peas, onion, cat, dishonesty, overly dependent people, assignments, tardiness, ineffieciency, waking up early in the morning, sleeping with lights on, racist people, lining up in the dining hall (or outside the dining hall actually. the line is THAT long).

5. I have huge crush on fictional men, e.g : Rhett Butler, Mr. Darcy, Special Agent Seeley Booth, Captain Von Trapp, Edward Cullen, Inuyasha, Dmitri (Anastasia), Captain Li Shang (Mulan), Alladin, the Beast (in the beast form).

6. I read waaaaay too much. Here are some books I considered the best : Gone With The Wind (Margaret Mitchell), Scarlett (Alexandra Ripley), Phantom of The Opera (Gaston Leroux), Pride and Prejudice (Jane Austen), Eleven Minutes (Paulo Coelho), The Alchemist (Paulo Coelho), By The River Piedra I Sat Down and Wept (Paulo Coelho), The Virgin Blue (Tracy Chevalier), Perfume (Patrick Süskind), If Tommorow Comes (Sidney Sheldon), Don't Look Down (Jennifer Crusie & Bob Mayer), She Went All The Way (Meg Cabot), Playing James (Sarah Mason), Saman (Ayu Utami), Little Prince (Antoine de Saint-Exupéry), Deltora Quest Series (Emily Rodda), Twilight (Stephenie Meyer), and anything by Jeffery Deaver esp. The Lyncoln Rhyme Series.

7. I read manga too. Inuyasha always be my favorite. I also read Samurai Deeper Kyo, Rurouni Kenshin, Flame Of Recca, Meitantei Conan, Detective School Q, Q.E.D., Ranma ½.

8. I love soundtracks. Especially Disney soundtracks and musical soundtracks.

9. I wish I could play instrument.

10. I collect quotes.

11. I tend to zone out during conversation.

12. I wish some day I will watch a musical on Broadway.

13. I love jazz, blues, bossa, and easy listening music. I don't like classical music, except for a few including The Swan (by Camille Saint-Saens).

1. Across The Hall

Nicola Baxter, a beautiful best selling author, thought her new neighbor, Jack Stevens, was unbelievably irritating. What would she do when she found out that she had to work together with that particular neighbor who apparently was the President of the biggest publishing company of the nation and also an attractive single father of adorable four year old twins? What would she do when she finally realized that Jack was not as bad as she initially thought and started to look far more appealing by days?
