Hey.

My name's Currie, and I'm 18. Yup, I can now buy lottery tickets, play bingo, buy fireworks, and vote. And as of yet, I've done none of them.
I live in Windsor (southern Ontario, Canada), in a neighbourhood containing a load of old people and older trees. The trees are nice. The old people are grouchy.

Not-So-Cool Facts About Me:
-- I met Mario Lopez (Saved By The Bell's Slater) in the fifth grade. My fly was open. He laughed at me.
-- My jaw crazks really loud when I chew.
-- I'm flat-footed.
-- Vacuum cleaners and crowds scare the hell out of me.
-- I'm claustrophobic, depressive, obsessive-compulsive, and in love.
-- I'm inspired by the writings of Ken Kesey, the music of Nobuo Uematsu, the art of Boris Vallejo, and awesome-mcpossum Squaresoft games.
-- My experience includes writing for a local paper, the Walkerville Times. I also won second place in the Windsor/Essex County High Schools Pluralist Magazine contest in the short-story division in 2000. Just so you know in advance that what I write isn't likely to completely suck. Most of the time.

--NEWS STUFF AND ALL THAT JAZZ--

Moffatts fanfic - I won't be finishing any of it. My conscience has finally gotten to me. I'm proud of the writing itself, but not the subject matter. I'm sure some of you will disagree with it, but I can't keep writing something that makes me feel bad.

I'm getting into original fic - there's a novel I'm brainstorming, which I think'll be pretty fun. I don't know when it'll actually get written, though.
