Currently in an interdisciplinary program studying the media, semiotics, culture and technology
AKA digital, contemporary humanities and pretty much anything that relates to organization of humans and things
AKA I write a lot of essays, and have a lot of long (not boring, but still) readings

HOW I STARTED: I remember I was infatuated with writing at the start of high school, always coming up with ideas and starting stories without really finishing them. I've been a lurker on fictionpress since then: reading a lot of stories, leaving some reviews here and there, not really writing much.

AND NOW: Then I got to university, where I started writing a lot of essays and reflective pieces about the readings that we do in class. Reading and writing steadily have slowly become integrated into who i consider myself to be. And now it's summer time, and I started lurking again, and I started missing writing. I miss writing stories, poetry, and even essays. So that's what got me back into the game.

Not promising this will last, but hoping to provide weekly updates.

I'm leaving Last Cookie up (it's kind of a good comparison piece - right?) I may rewrite it - my style's changed quite a bit, though (I am older, probably wiser) so I may end up posting the chapters that I had up before, and then posting the rewrite as a new story (it'll definitely be quite different).

Under Unexpected Circumstances should be my main focus this summer. I'm developing it as I go, which is probably a bad idea, but then again, old habits don't escape us that quickly even if we're older and probably wiser.
