Oh the rhymes, they strain my brain!

Sometimes I think I write too much, other times I think I write too often. I felt extremely negative, but made up for it with the last section. And no, I didn't see, hear, or feel any of this. I'm not THAT crazy.

I think I'll be burned at the stake for this.

She is fire, she is ice, she is earth, she is air, she is darkness, she is light, I am her, but in the end I fade away...People are many things, but in the end we fade away. Randomness my brain came up with. R&R please!

Unrhymed. Old. Finally dug it up. I was sitting in ISS one day, though I did nothing wrong. It took 2 hours of sitting around for them to realize this.

we'll rise higher until we burn out, like a candle overflowing...

He was older than the church itself... Everyday, she would smile shyly and hand him the key and a lily as the dawn sun shine through the stained glass windows...

This one has many meanings, but literally, it came from a dream.

we used to catch them in our hands.

of self-destruction and warm blood.

...My darkest fantasy/On wings big and black/It's a fact/You say I'm crazy/You say I lie/But you haven't felt/The pain I feel inside...You can't change me/My thoughts My mind/Even the slowest form of suicide/Love cannot stop time...R&R please.

Night calls softly to those who listen, wings in the moonlight, brightly glisten...

A series of notes between two forbidden lovers in free verse form. The final draft of my story "To You, From Me." Please review with no mercy as I will be entering this in a short story contest!

We all make our own attempts at wings, no matter who we are or what form they take. Please, I'd like to hear some opinions on this poem.
