From the mind of Samuel Bridges

Hello and Welcome to my Profile page!

If you are reading this then there is a good chance that you have read some of my stories and like them enough to find out a little bit about me. For that I thank you.

First off, Samuel is not my real name. It's a writer's name, like a pseudonym. It's also the name of a character from one of the first stories I ever wrote. Unfortunately, I was twelve years old at the time and the story has since been lost. ( Trust me it was cool, it had magic, vampires and dragons in it).

Secondly, this may seem like an obvious statement, but I am a writer. I read a lot about people who say they are aspiring writers or struggling writers (arn't we all?) But fact of the matter is, if you love to write and create stories. Then you are a writer; period.

If you like to create adventures that take a readers imagination and sends it to some grimy crime laden alley way, or to the tombs of some forgotten civilization or to fields of endless battles and magical enchantments or to the mysterious depths of space and beyond.

Then you are a writer. Hold your head up high and say it aloud. Feels good doesn't it?

I love to write, it's in my blood. Action, Fantasy, Space epics, Revenge quests, Ghost tales, Sci-fi thrillers, and maybe even Love stories. Wherever my mind takes me, my pen and paper always follow to record what happens.

And I love to read, I came upon this site while surfing the web and when I found out how many talented people post stories here, I felt I just had to be a part of it.

So like I said before, I am a writer and whether you want to believe it or not, you are too. I hope one day to write the ultimate story, the kind that is never forgotten. Till then, I hope you enjoy my stories. I promise to read as many of yours as I can.

Forever the writer,

Samuel Bridges
