Hi there! You can call me Hope. Welcome to my profile. :)

I'm goin' into 9th grade (yes, scary stuff) and I turned 14 on April 1. My hobbies are singing, writing, dancing, drawing, reading, and eating. I love the colors blue, green, white, silver, and pale pink. I adore cats! I have 2 of my own, and this summer I will most likely volunteer at an animal shelter. I'm so excited for that. Here are some things I love: God (not really a thing at all), cats, rain/storms, cheesecake, Italian food, cute Japanese things, little kids (especially those who are polite), the Warriors series, my friends, stationary stuff, and summertime. :)

I have a hard personality to define. I'm a generally shy person in real life, but online it's a lot easier to be outgoing because I don't have to be self-conscious about the way I look, or something like that. I have no self-esteem or confidence at all, I'm definitely a pessimist, I'm very sarcastic and I get annoyed easily. But on the upside, I'm polite, which is a trait I love about people who are. Around my friends, I'm loud and crazy and silly.

For some reason, I feel attatchments to my English teachers. In 7th grade I had an amazing teacher who was so funny and loud, and she found my writing very amazing, for some reason. She always read my works out loud to all of her classes, and it was very nervewracking. She let me read in class while she yelled at other kids for reading. I was golden in her class, and I definitely felt special. Last year, in 8th grade, I had a rough teacher for Pre-AP English. She was hard and threw out tons of work, yet for some reason, I always wanted her to notice me. I wished that I stuck out in her mind like I did in my 7th grade teacher's mind. Unfortunately, she didn't seem to find anything interesting about me.

Now, I could rant about my life all the way to high heaven, but it'd be better to keep my past a mystery. Yes, I've been abused before and no, I'm not "emo" or "goth" or "depressed". I'm not happy but I'm not sad. I do wish I could be happy, though it seems like nothing's happening for me. I can't wait to adopt my own children and give them a better life than I had. :)

God can do amazing things in our lives! Just wait and see! :D
