Author has written 3 stories for Historical, and General.

About Me:

Well I'm Deirdre. It doesn't exactly match my pen name I know, Isabella was the wife of the rather forgotten Scottish King called John Balliol whom I'm a bit of a fan of, even if no one else is!

I'm not going to pretend I'm a fantastic author, but I enjoy writing and I love history and the two quite often collide into some sort of semblance of a story. Sometimes the calamity occurs several times a day, then I don't write for months.

Like I said I love history, I'm going to uni in September '08 to study Scottish and Medieval history so just killing time till then really. But don't worry I can be normal, I like films, mostly Lord of the Rings, and books, also Lord of the Rings but Bernard Cornwell gets a look in with his Sharpe novels. I'm also a big fan of Doctor Who, new and classic series.

My biggest gripe in the world is people watching the film 'Braveheart' and them then deciding they know all about scottish history, Wallace, Bruce etc, trust me, the real story is so much more fantastic, grab a book on it and you'll be blown away. It's even better than 'Braveheart'

Anyway, that's about me really. Take a peek at what I've written if you still want to after that. See you around.

Toodles x
