Name: Raye (it's not on my birth certificate, but it's close.) Except that pen name was already taken and I didn't want to think up something complicated, so I added the day that my boyfriend asked me out. 12/3/07.

Age: 15. Just finished freshman year.

Sex: Very very female.

Hair: Light brown with sun/chlorine highlights, longish (boyfriend calls it boob-level), naturally wavy but straightened.

Skin: Pale in winter, tan in summer. Usually bruises on my legs and elbows (I'm alittle clumsy.) Scars.

Eyes: Very very green. Purple or green eyeliner, black mascara.

Height/Weight: 5' 4"/118 (wish it were lower. Who doesn't.)

Location: A house at the end of a street by the river, in a bubble in New Jersey.

Occupation: Professional magazine-reader/lazyass. Aka lifeguard.

Disposition: May look sleepy and out of it, talk to me and I will happily participate in random stream-of-consciousness conversation. An easy laugh.

Hobbies: Swimming. Music. Friends. Writing an incredibly personal diary and putting it on the internet, which is probably a stupid idea but I never said I was smart. I will get the motivation to write fiction! I swear.

Books: I don't read enough anymore. I really should get on that. Uglies/Pretties/Specials/Extras/Peeps by Scott Westerfeld, My Sister's Keeper and Keeping Faith by Jodi Picoult, A Great and Terrible Beauty and others by Libba Bray, The Bartimaeus Trilogy, Prep, Lord of the Flies, and the Harry Potters (gotta love them.)

TV Shows: The Office, House, Pushing Daisies, Ugly Betty, Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List, Project Runway, Top Chef when I'm hungry (if you watch it and drink water it's totally satisfying), and all the countdowns on E! and VH1.

Food: Cherry slushies, blueberry Pop-Tarts (though I love all kinds), pickles, green/black tea with nothing, black coffee, sugary iced coffee drinks from Starbucks, veggie sushi rolls, tofu tempura, cookies, fruit+veggies that don't make me feel fat. I can't stand strawberries, apples, and anything fake-strawberry, grape, or watermelon-flavored.

People: I love wierd people. I love sarcasm and dry humor and trading non-serious insults with people. I like people that are like me and unlike me. It worries me when people are too nice, it means they're hiding something. And I hate people that judge/stereotype other people and themselves.
