Currently writing iSync.

Currently studying journalism at HKU, and aiming to become published before I graduate from university.

Thank you very much to everyone who has read my work on Fictionpress.com. A few years ago I was also active on Fanfiction.net, but I have since then moved on and started writing original fiction.

To all the people who have just started writing, I believe that writing fanfiction is actually the best place to start writing (and to gain experience) before actually writing original fiction.

Why?

With fanfiction, you have a set cast of characters. The real challenge as a new writer is to write believable characters, and have those characters act accordingly and have them develop in a ways the readers can accept and find entertaining. With fanfiction, you can essentially practice keeping characters in character, and keeping character development believable, as there is already a set for one to work with.

I enjoy listening to classical music while writing, however most of the time I opt to write in silence.

I wake up every day at 6am to work on iSync, then continue to work on uni stuff from 9am till 5pm. After dinner I tend to edit what I wrote in the morning and read whatever book I am currently reading.

Unlike most writers, I like to work in the wee hours of the morning (6am onwards), rather than working at night.

I would very much appreciate it if you could have a look at iSync and give me your thoughts and comments on it.

Yours truly,

-C.K. Bachman

Keep walking. Keep writing.
