My goal of writing is continuous improvement. I look back on things I wrote at the beginning of college and laugh a little sometimes, but each time I see how far I've progressed, at least in some aspects.

I think the most interesting thing about writing is faking it. I've lived a rather tame life, but when I can write something that comes across as realistic and honest, then I think I've done my job as a writer. Obviously some things are easier to fake than others, and you may never face someone who has had the experience to tell you you're wrong. But when someone reads something that speaks so true to them that they think you've experienced it, then that is good writing.

I know not all of my works are free of grammatical and editorial mistakes (not to mention typos). I'm trying to become more patient with my writing to take the time to read through the story several times before posting. Please forgive me for those little errors, I know how irksome they can be when reading--feel free to point them out to me, but I can't promise they'll all be corrected (especially if it's after the 60-day mark).

I welcome criticism (both good and bad).

Not all stories that I write are posted here. You can find a more complete collection on my primary deviantart page or my second dA page. The reason not everything gets posted here is due to what gets thorough edits and the format in which I write things.
