Hi!

I'm Shayanne, and welcome to my page :) I've not got much on here - in fact I've basically got nothing on here - but I will have soon.

I'm 20 years old and I live in London where I am studying for a degree in Creative Writing. I like to write short stories, short plays, poetry, monologues… just anything short! You won't find much that's more than 6 or 7 chapters here!

Just as a disclaimer, I am not an amazing writer, my style is not very… detail oriented. I prefer to have firm roots in dialogue rather than firm roots in description and use of language. All that stuff is beautiful and amazing for those who can do it right, but I prefer to focus on character and voice when it comes to fiction.

Having said that, please don't be discouraged from reading my pieces, even if you are a lover of sweeping, lyrical lines and beautiful description. You might like what I have to offer (I hope)

I also write poetry. I've just discovered my love for it, so if you've got any thoughts on my pieces, I'd love to hear them!

LOL The first two stories I wrote for this site are from when I was 16/17, so… yeah. Just so you know. :D
