Author has written 24 stories for Fantasy, Love, General, Life, Supernatural, Family, and Friendship.

Hi! My name is Amanda, better known as just plain old "Sacred Lie" and I'm sixteen years old.

I'm really terrible at writing about myself, so I'll just start out with likes and dislikes of mine, important things about me, and maybe other yeah. I just thought my profile on here was horribly plain, and I was so embarassed when I compared it to that of other authors.

My likes...I like to write, clearly- that's why I'm here. I want people to read my stories instead of letting them gather dust in my room and I want feedback. Neh? I like food- very much, actually, haha -music, breathing, blinking, anime, and animals. The kinds of bands I listen to? My current favorite bands are Within Temptation, All That Remains, Disturbed, and Rise Against- so I suppose I listen to mostly metal. However, even I enjoy a little classical music here and there, and I feel that it helps me relax enough to write.

My, noisy, unintelligent, and ignorant people; I'm sure you're thinking of a few as you read this. I dislike country music in general, pop music (except when it's from Japan), and I INTENSELY dislike rap music. Rap is loud, pointless, and vulgar. Period. I dislike being in crowds- it's nervewracking -and school, but who likes school?

I'm a fairly nice person, and I won't bite if you try to contact me. :) Most of the time, anyway...

I also think it's important to mention that recently, my big brother, Jordan, passed away five days after his eighteenth birthday; he died on November, 15, 2008. If you want to see what my brother was like, and honor his memory (even if you didn't know him) you can visit the site . This was a huge event in my life and alters everything about me- a lot of my writing now is done in his honor, or out of emotion that his death caused in me.

Thank you for visiting my profile! I'll try to make it pretty sometime, so keep coming back; you can't wear out your welcome here. Well, you could, I suppose, if you really annoyed me...I could say, "Hey, you, get off my profile! FOREVER!" But I probably wouldn't say that.

So, yup.
