Tell Me About Yourself

I'm a highschool student. I share the same birthday with my dad, which is pretty cool if you come to think about it. We're exactly forty-eight years apart, and so we share the same (Chinese) zodiac sign. Eliminates the gift-getting problem. We've come up with a simple solution: we don't give each other gifts. Instead, we wait for the gifts to pour in from other people. Anyway, I like music and animals. I'm not a cat person or a dog person, I like both. My taste in music is also as strange as I am. My friends are all strange in their own ways, but they claim I'm stranger than they are. I don't think so, but of course, I'm biased to me. Besides, weird is the new normal.

How's life?

Well, I'm going to graduate highschool soon (one year left!). Awesome, no? You know what's not awesome? Leaving your friends behind. :( But I'm sure I'll find new ones. And my best friend is going to the same college and take the same major as I am going to anyway, so we're basically going to stay close (I hope).

What are you working on?

I'm working on The Opposite Effect.

How often do you update?

As soon as I can. I rarely get writer's block so it would depend on how sadistic my teachers are feeling. If they're feeling nasty then I'm afraid I can't update.

Any last words?

Thanks for visiting my profile! Check out my work please. All reviews appreciated, constructive criticism welcomed. Oh, and if you want to communicate PM me or e-mail me at banango.cheesecake@

UPDATE:

Sept. 11, 2009

My physics teacher is being particularly cruel, but I just need to finish the paperwork of our Investigatory project and then I'm home free. ...Apart from the quizzes I need to study for in physics, anyway. It's the only thing blocking my way to frequent updating and graduation. Grr... Senior life. Why the hell is it so busy? Later, around December, I'll probably be busy working on the yearbook (it's a class project). But it won't take as much time as the Investigatory Project did, I swear. So bear with me right now. After this update, the next one will come three weeks, tops.

January 30, 2010

I am sorry for being such a slow updater. You guys are angels if you're still around. However, fictionpress is being stupid and it won't let me upload my document. I will try again in a few hours. I'll be trying and trying until I can access it.

If you know how to fix this problem, tell me. I need to update.
