I guess I will start with a hello. I have been on for a while, have never written a story and probably never will, one quote I have seen being "I am too fond of reading books to care to write them," of course that quote was written by Oscar Wilde in The Pictures of Dorian Gray (which I have been meaning to read for a while). Even though this was a relativity brief, if not boring intro, I will now split this up into several sections so I feel like I have some semblance of order.

Right now the only completed schooling I have is a high school diploma. I am currently going to college and am majoring in psychology. I plan to at least obtain a masters and hopefully a doctorate's. If anyone ever has an interest in discussing psychology, or even has questions, PM me and I will be happy to chat psychology or assist in any manner I can.

On the topic of psychology I will give a brief and subjective opinion on what my personality is like using the Big Five Model. I currently consider myself to be: E-, C-, O, A, and N. For those of you who have had any sort of intro to psychology you more than likely reviewed this in some form.

I listen to quite a few genres of music at the moment from Irish Folk, to power metal. Some of my favorite bands (and some of there songs) are:

  • The Dubliners
    - I'll Tell Me Ma
    - Rambling Rover
    - Lark in the Morning
    - The Band played Waltzing Matilida
    - The Lord of Dance
  • Avantasia
    - Lost in Space (alt. version)
    - Forever is a Long Time
    - The Story Ain't Over
    - Inside
    - Promise Land
  • Journey
    - Any Way You Want It
    - Wheel's In the Sky
    - Dont Stop Believing
  • Skrillex
    - Bangarang
    - Kyota
    - Cinema
    - First of the Year
    - With You, Friends (Long Drive)
  • Eminem
    - Cinderella Man
    - Mockingbird
    - Not Afraid
    - When I'm Gone
    - Sing For the Moment
    - Halie's Song
  • Quotes

The reason that I feel the need to provide these is that they can tell a lot in a poetic and relatively short time.

  • “Man is least himself when he talks in his own person. Give him a mask, and he will tell you the truth.” - Oscar Wilde
  • “There is only one thing in the world worse than being talked about, and that is not being talked about.” - Oscar Wilde, The Picture of Dorian Gray
  • “I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an ass of yourself.” - Oscar Wilde
  • "To define is to limit." - Oscar Wilde, The Picture of Dorian Gray
  • “Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe.” - Albert Einstein
  • "Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter." - Mark Twain

Today I noticed that only a couple of people in my school stand up and say the pledge of allegiance. It's rather depressing to know that some people would rather ignore problems than fix them.
