Amusing little poem I wrote for my Creative Writing class last year.

Squishy the Fishy was always there . . . until he kicked the fishbowl.

“You're spying on me.” He says, once more with that flat, no-nonsense tone. I blink up at him and go to laugh off the accusation when he holds up a hand. “You were, behind that tree right there. Why?” for the RIDICULOUSLY HAPPY ONESHOTS CONTEST

[ONESHOT] It was one of the gestures and awkwardly innocent conversations that comes straight out of a disarmingly heartfelt movie. I was just an innocent bystander who saw their tentative dance around each other's shyness. It was pretty hard hitting.

[ONE SHOT] He strived on her happiness. He lived to see her smile. His duty in life was to make her happy. Why? Because he loved her.
