in the Void

How To Handle Humanity

Genre: Fantasy, Adventure (and Friendship / Family - expect many heartwarming moments).

Summary: It's tough being a human. Especially if you were once a shadow-like being that had no idea how to breathe, or walk, or think, or feel like one.

Description: A non-human creature finds itself stuck as a human boy.

Info: An idea still brewing in the works. Updates sporadically when ideas come, or when I have free time. An exercise in depicting human life as something novel.

When it exits the Void: Step One -- find the extremely old document. Step Two: flesh out the worldbuilding elements and characters. Step Three: get enough motivation to continue.

Lifts

Genre: Humor. Some parts are rated M due to lots of swearing and topics which might be sensitive to some people. Nothing in this story is to be taken seriously.

Summary: Two people get stuck in a lift. Things happen. Bizarre things.

Description: Many references to...a lot of things floating around the internet and beyond.

Info: The formatting is a bit bothersome to do. It'll take a while to post the chapters up.

When it exits The Void: Now and then. Once I get the inspiration to continue it.

Of War And Peace

Genre: General.

Summary: Goodbye peace, hello war. (Or something in that line of thought.)

Description: A poem filled with oxymorons.

Info: Nothing much to say. It's a quick read.

The Day The Forest Cried

Genre: Romance, Friendship, and Tragedy (spoils the ending a bit).

Summary: A boy wearing flowers meets a lost girl in the forest.

Description: A short story about the brief friendship of two different people.

Info: Each flower worn by the boy has a specific meaning that corresponds to the situation.

How To Handle Humanity reviews
...or how a shadow-like monstrosity finds itself stuck inside the body of a nine-year old human boy. Without understanding how the human body is supposed to work. Or why it was suddenly thinking and feeling like a human. Or, for that matter, what being a human in a world where there is an ongoing war between humankind and monsterkind entails. Cue utter confusion.
