Author has written 3 stories for Manga.
I've left this profile page blank for a long while because I hate talking about myself, but I finally decided to put something here. I'm also heavily critical of my work, and always think of the worst of it, which also delayed bothering to write anything about it.
Some of my favorite anime/manga include One Piece, Bakemonogatari, Medaka Box, Hunter x Hunter, Great Teacher Onizuka, Monster and Madoka Magica. The works of Nisio Isin, in particular Bakemonogatari, have heavily influenced my writing style and I take a lot of cues from it in my newest work: A Harem Story.
Stories I've done:
A Harem Story: In Progress
This is my newest story and the current one my focus is on. It's my take on a semi-realistic harem story, instead of the stuff we usually see in the genre. It's written in a first-person narrative that highlights a different character each chapter. It's the first time I've tried writing a story with absolutely zero fantasy elements and it's actually been a joy to write so far.
The Wish Attendant: On Hiatus
I started this when I was still working on my first story, Vampire Blazer, as a way to test out my writing in first-person. I found that I really loved writing in first-person while working on this, which is why I later featured first-person chapters in Vampire Blazer and am writing A Harem Story entirely in the style, but kind of stalled out on the story itself. I absolutely love the concept of this, which is why I'm positive I'll come back to it eventually, but I just sort of got in a rut trying to come up with ideas for it.
Vampire Blazer: Complete
The first work that I've ever completed. Vampire Blazer was sort of a trying piece for me. I feel that I sort of lost my original idea half-way through and it turned from a soft-hearted vampire romance story into a battle story poking fun at itself and the concept of heroes and villains. I do like where I ultimately went with the story, but I feel that it makes the work sort of resemble Frankenstein in how disjointed it comes off as. I do consider the character of Allison Crusoe one of my crowning achievements though, even if some might not like just how dark I ultimately took her story.
