I'm a Virgo: caring, smart, loud, loyal
Absolutely nothing is more important to me than my family and my friends. I do all I can to help people out when they need advice. I have a scary temper, but only if someone does something to hurt someone I care about or if I'm just having a bad day. I tend to be lazy and a bit messy, but I still like to be organized. Unfortunately, I tend to forget things quite often.
My hobbies are: singing, writing, drawing, listening to music, playing the occasional video game(Nintendo DS only), reading, hanging out with my friends, hanging out on my Facebook, reading Fanfictions, and watching vids on YouTube, AnimeFreak, and Hulu.
Music: Let's see...I like pop, rock, rap, hip-hop, r&b, j-rock, and j-pop...unless the song is amazingly awesome, I detest slow music. In short, anything that sounds good to me.
I have what some people might call an...obsession...with anime and manga. My faves are Naruto, Bleach, Death Note, Vampire Knight, InuYasha, Nora, Code Geass, Prince of Tennis, Ouran High School Host Club, D. Gray Man, Ghost Hunt, Soul Eater, Black Butler, and Shugo Chara. I don't want to get too into those, though, or else my profile will be a mile long. ;)
Sorry I haven't been posting much. I have been without Internet for nearly three months now. Hopefully we get it back soon, but for now...oh well...just gonna keep writing.
Here is the stuff I've been working on or have completed. Check 'em out and tell me what you think. I'd really appreciate it!
Yoshi's Tears: Mythology
A tragic love story between a Japanese goddess and a simple farmer. It also explains how Japan became over one thousand islands, as well as the origin of rain.
-Yes I know the entire story is in bold, but I was new at the time, and didn't realize until later. Oops!
The Camping Story: Horror
Me and three of my best friends decide to go on a camping trip to end our last summer together. But what starts as the time of our lives turns into a living nightmare...
-This was a narrative I wrote for my English 9A. I was happy with the result, so I thought I'd post it. It was also a result of changing the tense from present in the beginning to past after the intro. I think I did pretty good...but maybe I'm just biased. :)
Guardians of the Gate: Fantasy
Five teenage girls are brought together by fate to help defend the magical world from a mysterious enemy.
-This is one that I've been working on since fourth grade. It's been through a lot of variations, and this is the final product. I'm very proud of it, and I'm still working on it, hoping to make it a series. Unfortunately, as of right now, it's on hiatus for a while...
The Cave: Horror
David lives in a small seaside town where everyone fears a beast that lurks in the nearby Cave. What will happen when he and his sister go inside the Cave one summer day?
-Like Guardians, this one has been in my mind for a while, though only about a year or two, and I didn't think of making this an actual story until a little while back. Plus it's horror, not really my forte, but I've got a good feeling about this one nonetheless.
No Matter What: Manga
Mika Fujieda and Sasame Tamaki have been best friends since before they could remember, but when they both fall for Kakeru Takahashi, their lifelong friendship could end badly.
-This is one I'm so excited to write, so much so that I can't stop writing about it. The idea simply came to me while I was walking through my house--I do that when I'm bored--less than a month ago, and finally evolved into what I'm working on now. My best interpretation of this would be Shojo, so most definitely there will be drama guaranteed.
Bloody Mary: Horror
Erin gets a book of urban legends, and the one that catches her and her friend Zoey's eye is one about Bloody Mary. Read with them about how a young woman named Mary became the terror-spirit she has been known as for many years...
-I wrote this story in eighth grade English...we were supposed to come up with a horror story. I didn't know any of the versions of Bloody Mary, so I was able to come up with my own easily. Not too long ago, while I was looking through a few things in my room, I found it and I decided to revise it and add the beginning with Zoey and Erin. I'm really happy I kept it!
