Hey...

so i'm basically your average girl with a passion for literature and an addiction to the feeling you get when you create something beautiful out of nothing.

I have many aspirations, but the center of my attention at the moment lies in discovering who I am.

It is my belief that writing will be the key to this wisdom that I seek to obtain.

Let's get a few things straight here:

I am not a prodigy.

I never thought I was.

I don't even think i'm very good.

All I know is that, when I write, everything feels RIGHT. I feel whole and fulfilled. I feel as though my emotions can only be accurately expressed through poetry.

Every poem I write is a product of my own emotions. Each one reflects the way I was feeling at the time I penned the work in question.

If you take the time to read any of my creations, and especially to critique them, I will be forever grateful. Please help me decide if this is where I need to be, or if I should take myself elsewhere to ponder the answerless questions that swirl relentlessly through my mind.

I'm just a kid. I know this as well as anyone.

But writing is my passion, my life, something I truly love to do.

If i'm wasting my time, please let me know before it's too late.
