Why do I write? I write because on a level that takes me away from my norm I am a different person. I'm happier than I am without it. My innermost feelings, emotions and thoughts are allowed an escape that without writing would be never allowed to flow. I write. It makes me happy and in return hoping you can enjoy this moment out of your ordinary life an escape that you wouldn't have had unless you read this or another story.

I hope that you enjoy the words that may flow through my fingertips. Please review regardless if you like it or not. For without your words how would I be able to know that you have either condemned my story to the trash pile or put it on your favorite list.

No matter what the review states, it's better to receive one and know what a person thinks than not to receive one at all.

UPDATE

I have revised New Year's Eve Party by combining chapters 1 and 2. It made more sense to have them as one chapter over two. I hope that you will enjoy the story.
