Author has written 5 stories for Life, Action, General, and Spiritual.

My name is Tiffany, and I am a college student at University of South Florida, majoring in English, but I intend on becoming an American Sign Language teacher. I love to write (among other hobbies). I also train for triathlons, so I am doing something everyday except Sundays (rest day). That gives me a lot of time to think about what to write, and things like that. Well, actually, that's a lie--I don't think much on my runs. smile

The type of stories I write are modern day type of stories. It can be any genre though. I just don't want to deal with history or with future, or even a made up world. I like my stories based on real Earth. So, now that you know what kind of stories I'll write, there you have it.

My favorite type of genre I like to read in books are fantasy type stories, such as Harry Potter, Artemis Fowl, etc. As you can see, both series are set in modern world, even though it has fantasy elements. However, I don't think I will be writing any fantasy stories. I like writing action, adventure, some drama and romance. You could say that my stories are of "General" category. I also love to write long stories. I don't really like short stories as I can't get connected with a character. I guess I could, but if I found a character I like, I don't think I would want to let him or her go until their story is told. Though, that could also mean that the story can be of 5,000 words or 100,000 words. Whatever the story requires of the character.

I also dabble in poetry, and they are normally free-versed as I often can't do the actual way of poetry (the stress-unstress-unstress stuff) because I am deaf. So, no use helping there unless I spend at least a year on one poem. Granted, it would make the poem even more beautiful; I don't have that sort of 'craze' for writing poetry like that. I prefer writing stories.

I hope you enjoy my works. smile
