Diane Meholick was born and raised in North Tonawanda, NY, a suburb of Buffalo, NY. After graduating from North Tonawanda Senior High School, she attended Medaille College where she received simultaneous degrees - a B.S. in Communications and a B.A. in Humanities.

Her first novel, A SWITCH IN TIME, was published in December 2000. Her second novel, PAINTING KATHERINE, followed three years later in April 2003. And her short story collection, BUFFALO STORIES, was published by Outskirts Press in December of 2006.

A Western New Yorker at heart, Diane is working on a new novel that will once again be set in Buffalo, NY. She shares her home with her Sheltie, Tess, and her three cockatiels, Arnold, Lawrence and Jack.
