Author has written 1 story for Sci-Fi.
I write sci-fi and fanfiction in my spare time. I'm posting some things here just to see what kind of reactions I get. I'm in college right now, so my time between updates might vary depending on how busy my schedule is. I'm really enjoying writing No Man's Land right now and I plan to write and update as often as I can.
Unlike many other people who join sites like this, I welcome feedback of all kinds, positive AND negative. Feel free to point out any and all flaws. I only request that criticism be constructive, that if you're going to point out a problem, advise me as best you can on how to fix it.
Flaming and trolling are NOT forms of constructive criticism.
No Man's Land-
Freelance bounty hunter Ezra Klamp is preparing to take a well-deserved break after a long period of dangerous jobs. His plans are thrown off when an act of self defense pulls him into a job too good to refuse: a simple bodyguard job for more money than he could have hoped for. But nothing is ever quite so simple for Ezra, and he soon finds himself in the sights of many dangerous people. Revolutionaries, mercenaries, and ghosts from his past, he'll have to face them all to keep his client--and himself--alive.
Many thanks to Rose Warne for giving me my first review...and second! :)
Note-May 1, 2010--
I made a change in No Man's Land. I kept feeling the technology shown in the story was too primitive for being 600 years in the future. I sneakily changed some of the narration, so now it's only set 300 years in the future. I still think it's a bit of a stretch, but it's alternate-past/alternate-future, so it's allowed to stretch a little. :)
Note-June 30, 2010--
I've decided to revise all the chapters I've written so far. I've revised and replaced chapter one, so if you've read it, go reread and see what changes I've made. I think it's a real improvement.
