My name's Melissa. I'm a 18 year-old from New Jersey. And no, I honestly do not have nor like big hair and I don't say "water" funny. Honestly. XP

I've always wanted and attempted to write fiction and fanfiction myself, but have never been that successful. Therefore, I read them instead. I have been reading fiction and fanfiction on these sites for years now and seriously, some of the writing I have come across is so ASTOUNDINGLY good.

I'm truly a sucker for historical fiction; well-written and historically accurate fiction, I mean. I've always admired the visible knowledge and reseach that can be found in some of these publish-worthy stories.

Fandoms that I enjoy are: Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean (Norrington *swoons*), Lord of the Rings, Titanic, Kingdom of Heaven (I only wish that more fanfics existed), and, more recently, Thor. I absolutely adore Lokane fics. XD

I've recently become a die-hard Tom Hiddleston fan as well. *double swoon* He's such a great actor, and eloquent, and handsome... Oh, the list just goes on and on!

Pairings I like include: Loki/Jane; Baldwin IV/OC; Norrington/OC; Draco/OC or Hermione; Tom Riddle Jr./OC, Bellatrix, or McGonagall; Legolas/OC; and Haldir/OC. There are many others, but those are the main ones I read.

Unfortunately, this account will be used solely for posting reviews. But hey, who knows? There may just come a day when I eventually decide to post a story or two.
