Nice to meet you, writer-types!

I'm actually not a writer, but I like to try my hand every once in a while. I have a huge respect for writers, though it's tinted by more than a little jealousy. I'm a math/physics major and I'd kill to be able to do what you do. It kinda sucks seeing the fundamental beauty of the Universe around you and seeing it for the insanely cool shit it is and just not being able to voice it!

Anyway, any work posted here will probably be short stories, many of which I wrote a long, long time ago, but not in a Galaxy far, far away. Some were inspired by lovers, some by friends, but most by the Universe and its own wonders.

At the moment, I'm actually trying out my first person voice. I've never done any before, and I'm actually rather pleased with how it's all turning out. So the first person stories are all going to be short, one chapter things, collectively grouped into a series called "I, Human". Original, I know. ¬_¬ Other third person works are actually in the works and being edited at the moment, due to their being written so many years ago when I couldn't spell and put smiley faces in my work. I'm not kidding.
