I am Zappe! It rhymes with happy! Which is definitely a good word to describe me! :-)

I'm 37; I have a thirteen-year-old Yorkshire Terrier named Riley Belle. I ride a Candy Plasma Blue '07 Kawasaki Ninja 650R :-) His name is Kiba (pronounced key-buh) My writing partners are ChaiPad, my iPad, and Ivy, my MacBook Pro :-)

I LOVE to write! I love words even more! You may find that while reading my stories, a thesaurus or dictionary will come in handy :-) I love expanding my vocabulary and often latch on to archaic words. I believe one should use their language to it's utmost potential :-)

I also knit, crochet, bake, cross stitch and anything else I can get my hands on.

Favorite movies-The Court Jester, Night at the Opera, City Lights, Lilo and Stitch and The Emperor's New Groove. There's tons more, but those are the main ones :-)

Favorite TV shows-The Simpsons, Futurama, Animaniacs, Bones, House, Dharma and Greg and NCIS: L.A.

Favorite Anime-Fullmetal Alchemist, Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Ouran High School Host Club, Fairy Tail...to name a few :-)

Favorite authors-JRR Tolkien, CS Lewis, Diana Wynne Jones and Sherrilyn Kenyon.

Current story

Lost Afternoon

A story that was originally started in my High School English class. Barely made a page, sat on the back burner for about eight years before I came back to it and breathed new life into it :-) It has gone in a completely different direction than I intended it too. I'm really enjoying it :-) I have over 100K words written so far, but it's just the rough draft and there's lots of holes between events. Doing my best to work on Chapter 17. Really, so sorry it's taking so long. O.o I have gone back to school, and between work and school, my writing time is limited :-(

In the Works

There are a few other stories I have in the works. Most of them are sub stories for the characters in Lost Afternoon. I give back stories for how several of the characters came to join the main 'gang'. A lot of character development occurs in these stories. I'm also working on the story from Charlie's perspective.

There's one that I've had the idea for for a couple of years and have finally written a few things down for. It's gonna be a fantasy, much different than what I've written before. We'll see if that one feels like being written anytime soon. Though it will remain on the back burner for now, so I can focus on Lost Afternoon.
