Author has written 3 stories for Romance, and General.
I spend a lot of time holed up in my own little world, which suits me fine. I prefer the fictional realm to the truth and have probably ruined any chance of having a successful relationship based on the fact that my own characters are a reflection of what I want, and they are probably a little too perfect to ever exist. Oh well!
i guess I write in short, and often rare bursts, mostly when I'm having a rubbish day, or my classes are especially boring... either way.
So anyway, I generally write a lot of soppy lovey-dovey crap, but it's a vent I suppose, also most of the characters are my own, but often I mix mine into the lives of TV or movie characters, usually from Torchwood, but that will be somewhere in the title, otherwise all of the characters are my own and I love all of them to bits, right down to my creepy assassin- Alex, who deserves more page-space than he gets...
All of my characters play a big part in my life, it's almost like having imaginary friends mixed with multiple personality disorder :) but they're great and I love them. I guess when I' bored and I close my eyes I can drift into my own fictional world and watch my stories develop, so I know what to write when I get back to my computer. But other days I wake up in character and spend the whole day talking, acting and thinking like them... it's great for character development, but causes a lot of confusion when I turn up to work and I'm very very British/Welsh/American instead of talking with my Kiwi accent... which for a while I had forgotten how to use because I'd been using my welsh character for so long.
But anyway, thats me, the crazy weirdo who has basically no friends because her characters are far more fun and far less cliche that the people that I live with. I write when I'm staggeringly bored or rather depressed, and I'm off to the store to buy candy, chocolate and Vanilla Coke
