Raven White is a pen-name used by me, a regular working girl, who has loved the same man for thirteen years. You can probably guess his race, by the types of pairings I use in my stories.

I enjoy power-walking, crocheting, traveling, crafting, and especially writing interracial love stories.

I think interracial couples are hot, regardless of the combination. The courage it takes to embark and endure is substantial.

I began writing a few years back, starting with a fan-fiction filler for 28 Days Later.

In the course of writing, I realized that I could correct many of the wrongs I see done to black female characters so often. No more celibate best friends. No more more neck-swerving chicken-heads. No more missing back or front story. They could be the leads. They could be like the women I know and wish I did.

They could be desired by the male lead, regardless of color.

They could be smart, complicated, flawed and most importantly, be romanced and loved by all.
